Lunch

It's a fine Saturday here in London today. The winter chill is over and spring is ushering now. I think it's the first week of spring time due to the mild temperature outside with the sun up and shining and hovering.

Just a while ago, we lunch with my family. I got the chance again to invent some dish which I haven't done before but it turned out really well and yummy! It's a chicken dish actually. The usual sauteed garlic, onions and carrots. Then I added mushrooms (coz we love mushrooms). After a few minutes, I added the chicken fillet, cooked until brownish. It smelled really delicious! Then finally, I made this pepper sauce and poured it over the cooked sauteed chicken and added some paprika to flavour.

It was a fantastic lunch with my family!

Tonight, we'll be visiting a family and have dinner. So I won't be in my kitchen doing some cool cooking inventions...hehehe!
